User Data Deletion Instructions

1. Disconnect Meta or Google in PACKED

Sign in, go to the Connect ad accounts page (/connect-ads), and click Disconnect on Meta or Google. This deletes the stored access tokens for that connection.

2. Remove PACKED from Facebook

In Facebook, go to Settings & privacy > Settings > Apps and websites (Business integrations for Business apps), find the PACKED app, and click Remove. This revokes PACKED's access.

3. Request full deletion

Email gary.digraziajr@exprealty.com with the subject "PACKED data deletion request", from or including the email address on your account.

Open house visitors: include the email or phone number you used to check in and the open house you attended.

We verify the request and delete the account and associated data (profile, properties and photos, open houses, visitor and lead records, connected-account tokens and saved app credentials) within 30 days, and confirm by email.

Some information may be kept only if required by law.
