PACKED Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
PACKED (thepackedhouse.com) is an open-house marketing and lead tool for real estate agents.
2. Information we collect
Agent account information: your name, email and sign-in details, plus profile and branding information you add (photo, phone, brokerage).
Property and open house information and photos that you upload.
Open house visitor information collected at check-in on behalf of the hosting agent: name, email, phone, and responses, game activity and lead details.
If you choose to connect them: your own Meta accounts (Facebook Page, Instagram business account, ad account) and Google Ads accounts via OAuth, and any CRM connections or webhooks you set up.
Basic technical and usage data needed to run the service.
3. How we use it
We use this information to run the service for you: host open houses, capture and score leads, send the follow-ups you set up, deliver leads to your connected CRM, and post to your accounts or create ad campaigns that you review and confirm.
Paid ad campaigns are created paused and only go live when you separately activate them.
4. Connected Meta and Google accounts
Access tokens and app secrets are stored encrypted and used only to perform actions you request: posting to your own Page or Instagram, creating campaigns in your own ad accounts, and reading the results of those campaigns.
We don't use them to access anyone else's data.
5. Visitor data
Open house visitor information is collected for and shared with the hosting agent (and their brokerage or CRM, if the agent connects one).
Visitors can contact the hosting agent or us to have their information deleted.
6. Sharing
We do not sell personal information.
We share data only with the service providers that host and run the app, with the platforms you connect (Meta, Google, your CRM) to perform the actions you request, or when required by law.
7. Disconnecting
Agents can click Disconnect for Meta or Google on the Connect ad accounts page (/connect-ads), or remove the app in Facebook under Settings & privacy > Settings > Apps and websites.
8. Retention and deletion
We keep data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. On request, we delete it.

9. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, such as encryption of stored access tokens. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.
10. Children
This service is not directed to children under 13.
11. Changes
We'll update the effective date above when this policy changes.
